Digital Fundraising Officer – Plan International UK

We are recruiting for a Digital Acquisition Officer to join the Individual Giving Unit within our Fundraising directorate. This role sits within the Acquisition team and is responsible for recruiting new child sponsors in a profitable and effective way and supporting the development of new products.

In this role, you will identify, manage and deliver high quality donor acquisition campaigns, ensuring activities are executed to time and to budget, to maximise response and the lifetime value of supporters. You will also research themes and propositions for new creative opportunities, using data and analytical insights to inform their development. Managing relationships with digital media and creative agencies, you’ll ensure activities and campaigns are continuously optimised to deliver against Key Performance Indicators.

You will have expertise in project management, specifically digital marketing campaign management across a range of digital channels. You’ll also have experience of informing and developing digital marketing plans and of briefing and managing external agencies and suppliers. You will need the ability to commission and apply data analysis and insights and also be able to problem solve a range of challenges to meet objectives.

Please note that this is a temporary role of up to 12 months to cover the maternity leave of the permanent post holder.
